BSC seat now available to work with your Aftermarket/Custom Rear Fender!

Thunderbike Rear Fender:
If you have not installed or painted your Thunderbike Rear Fender yet and do not want to modify your frame. You have the option of sending us your fender. We make some minor modifications to the fender itself at an additional cost. This way you do not have to touch your frame at all and it all works seamlessly with our BSC Seat!
This particular customer wanted to be able to bolt his stock CVO stuff back on. With our modifications you can do just that!


If you choose to send us your fender we will contact you to calculate the additional costs.

If you have additional modifications made to your bike that would change the seat shape, For example: aftermarket gas tank, please state that in the "additional modifications" section when ordering.
It is possible we may have to send you a seat pan kit to ensure we make the most comfortable, best fitting and best looking seat you could get.
With the seat pan kit we would also be able to make you a BSC seat for your modified stock HD fender or any other customization done to your bike.
You also have the option in sending us your aftermarket kits or complete motorcycle to our shop.
If you have custom applications we may require a photo of your bike in addition to possibly a seat pan kit to ensure our seat works perfectly with your hybrid/custom setup.
The starting price for seats that we do not have a mold for or a pan kit is $1,000 USD. Deposit for pan kit is $300 USD USD minimum. Deposit for pan kit with a pan is $500 USD. The remainder or payment plus shipping will be required at completion of your BSC Seat.

Custom Seats: The seat will be custom fit for you specifically using just your height, weight, and inseam. We choose several foam densities and layer then onto your custom seat based on your weight (the specific support you need) and hand shape each layer down to fit your height and inseam (putting you in proper positioning to safely control your bike). Your new seat also comes standard with BSC Nitro Air Gel (temperature neutral). Less foam and more comfort is what Bitchin Seats is able to deliver because of the way each seat is built and the highest of quality products we use.


Too tall? We will move you back and down into the bike based on your height and inseam to make sure you have enough room to stretch out.

On the shorter side? No problem, we will get this seat the support you need and shape it to get you flat footed, and not stretching out for the handle bars and foot controls Long distance and comfort riding?
