This kit includes our hollow flat mounting hardware. This way the screw heads will not interfere with the rear tire.

The BSC Rocker and Breakout Hardtail rear fender kits bolt directly to your swing arm. They are designed to give that tight fender to the tire look that has been recognized in the custom Big V-Twin industry on Hardtail and Softail Choppers. Most will recognize this Hardtail look from custom builders like Hot Match Custom Cycles and manufactures like Big Bear Choppers for building custom Softail bikes with the rear fender bolted or even welded to the swing arms. In 2008 the Harley-Davidson Rocker hit the market with a 240mm rear tire and it being covered with the old fender attached to the swing arm trick.

But what happened to the rest of the bike??
It seems that the bike was lacking our famous BSC Accordion Seat that was already being used worldwide for the custom industry. That’s where we started to clean this Rocker up and to create a large variety of parts and accessories for the bike.
BSC Rocker and Breakout 260mm Hardtail style rear fender specifications
1. This rear fender fits 2008 to 2011 Rockers and 2013 up Breakouts. It is simply installed with 4 bolts to the stock swing arm fender mounting holes. The fender also mounts Breakout swing arm the same way.
2. This fender will accommodate all 240mm, 250mm wide tires, and (the 260mm tire ONLY from Metzler)
3. These fenders are hand made from cold rolled stamped steel and then structured internally with Tig welded ¼”thick steel radius’s and then caged with a skeletal like structure for strength.
4. Stainless steel tubing is rolled and then Tig welded in to the inner fender structure to protects the taillight wires from being damaged.
5. This fender design is made half as high off the tire than the stock Rocker fender and is twice as strong. There is no need for our Rocker fender support kit with this heavy duty fender, as it is needed for the stock Rocker rear fender when running a pillion pad for a passenger.

11. Custom paint division- Our painters can match most of the stock HD colors. Give us a call to see if we have your color match for your bike, if we don’t you can send the original fender for matching. Rear fender paint and body average cost around $1000.00 but we will need to see your paint scheme to quote it before price confirmation.
